Tired of the dumb

I get tired. I see all these innovations, changes, suggestions I can make but I have no power to say them. I see the unintelligent leading us because they got good at school. I am SO frustrated that the reason I can't contribute is because I am not willing to sit in a classroom with 100 other people and watch them ask the same retarded questions over and over and over while I'm ready to move on. I get held back by others so I hold myself back and cannot exceed. Isn't there a place where people of intelligence can go, isn't there someone out there looking for someone bright and motivated that will fuel a potential resource? I keep telling myself it's all in my head.
